Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Membership Policy
We kindly ask that all in-person appointment cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance (during business hours). This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client.
For at-home weight-loss memberships, once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable. Membership cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled automatic payment to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle.
Cancellations or changes made outside of these timeframes may result in forfeited payments or charges as outlined above.
Cancellations for in-person appointments made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit, depending on the service booked.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be considered a late cancellation and will be subject to 50% service charge (example: if your service is $240, the service charge will be $120).
